Beesyo Movement Programs are sustainable movement practice that you can easily incorporate into your daily life.

Yoga Classes
1. Vinyasa Yoga
Experience a dynamic and mindful yoga practice that helps build strength, enhance flexibility, and balance energy levels. Each 60-minute session includes Sun Salutations, Warrior poses, twists, seated stretches, and concludes with a restorative Shavasana.

2.Adaptive Yoga
Adaptive Yoga encompasses various techniques, including Wall Yoga, Wheel Yoga, and Chair Yoga, tailored to meet the specific needs of students and the program. This approach is designed for individual practices or to support groups, such as athletes, individuals facing occupational hazards, those with mobility challenges, or yogis seeking to deepen their practice.

3.Aerial Yoga - Go fly
Aerial yoga, rooted in the dynamics of Hatha yoga, offers a unique approach to nurturing your hips, spine, and shoulders. This program emphasizes mindful breathing, aiming to restore your energy while building strength and flexibility.
